FAQs
Does buying a Groupon voucher mean my trip is booked?
No — once you complete checkout on Groupon, you'll be redirected to Worldee's booking page to enter traveler details and add any optional upgrades. Only then you will receive instant confirmation of your trip. Worldee will send all travel documents at least two weeks ahead of your departure.
What's the full cancellation policy?
Your voucher is fully refundable to your original payment method or as Groupon Bucks until you finalize your booking with the merchant, or within 3 days of purchase, whichever comes first. After 3 days and until your selected departure date, refunds for unredeemed vouchers are issued as Groupon Bucks. Once the departure date passes, vouchers are no longer eligible for a refund—however, amount paid never expires. Once your booking is confirmed, the merchant's cancellation policy applies. If you prefer more flexibility, select the tour operator about the "Flexible Booking Option" when finalizing your booking.
Is the price I pay guaranteed?
Yes — as long as you finalize your booking with the Tour Operator right away. Flights and hotels are priced live, so the amount you paid is guaranteed only while your selected option is still available. If you wait, your dates may sell out or the fare may change, and any difference would be payable to the Tour Operator.
Can I travel solo?

Are checked bags included?
A personal item and carry-on bag are included. Checked baggage is not included and starts at $90, varying by flight — can be added during the booking finalization phase.

- Complete your booking on the Tour Operator website as soon as you purchase on Groupon to secure your preferred travel dates and lock in your price.
- Limit 5 people per booking.

Cancellation & Changes
- Your Groupon voucher is refundable until you finalize your booking with the tour operator or until your selected departure date
- Once the booking is finalized with the merchant, it becomes non-refundable through Groupon, and any further changes will be subject to the merchant's cancellation policy.
