No — once you complete checkout on Groupon, you'll be redirected to TripToGo's booking page to enter traveler details and add any optional upgrades. Only then you will receive instant confirmation of your trip. Tour Operator will send all travel documents at least 30 days ahead of your departure.
What is the full cancellation policy?
Your voucher is fully refundable to your original payment method or as Groupon Bucks until you finalize your booking with the merchant, or within 3 days of purchase, whichever comes first. After 3 days and until your selected departure date, refunds for unredeemed vouchers are issued as Groupon Bucks. Once the departure date passes, vouchers are no longer eligible for a refund—however, amount paid never expires. Once your booking is confirmed, the merchant's cancellation policy applies.
