Very friendly staff. Clean and would stay again with out question. Two things that make it a 9 instead of a 10 is the pool was small (important to me I'm a lap swimmer) and coming from NYC i am not squeamish about prices but breakfasts and lunches are up there is prices. I don't mind but just be ready for that.
pros: The location was terrific for walking or taking the water-taxi.
cons: The Hotel is big and a very busy place. There is enough help everywhere but no place quite to sit besides your room

We would definitely stay there again. Shops and great restaurants abound within walking distance. We saw a concert at Pier Six Pavilion, which is literally right next door. You can even sit outside on a lounge area to hear the concert for free if you so desire!
pros: Lauren at checkin was amazing. We checked in a little early, but our requested room was not ready. She asked if two Queen beds were OK instead of a King. We said yes, so she upgraded us to a Harbor View on the 25th floor. Terrific view!!
cons: Main lobby just didn't have a welcoming flow.
