Overall, the hotel was gorgeous, the staff was hospitable and friendly. I definitely had a great time here.
pros: I love the architecture of the hotel, it makes the atmosphere very cozy and elegant at the same time.
cons: I didn't like the fact that there was no complementary wifi for the guests. It is restricted to hiltonhonor members.

We went up to our first room and noticed there was no way both of us would fit into this double bed. Plus, the room was so small you couldn't turn around in it and when you came into the room, you practically fell into the bed. I told them I was claustrophobic from my meds and then they accomodated me by giving us a parlor room (the peacock suite) which was lovely and we were very happy. So-they did accomodate us eventually-however this could have been totally avoided if they were willing to accomodate us the first time around.I think alot of people complain about the size of the bed and room cause when I did they seemed to have a room readily available for us. This must happen alot.
pros: The lobby was spectaular especially the celing-it looked like the systine chapel. The bar in the lobby was always hopping and great for a lte night drink or snack. When there was a problem with our room, clerk was willing to accomodate us and change room
cons: I specifically called up the hotel several months ago and asked for a queen sized bed and non smoking. We checked in two hours before the actual checkin time (everybody seemed to be doing that) and they said those rooms were already taken.
