Overall the Hotel and staff was very nice. I do not think it met its star rating, maybe because we were in the off season. On check-in we were told that we had to pay a $20/night resort fee, but parking was waived during the summer. On check out we got charged for the resort fee and a $20/night parking fee. They did remove the parking fee, but we did have to sell our case to the attendant, which was a bit irritating. Other than that, it was an acceptable room for the price we paid.
pros: The location was great and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
cons: The room was very small. Our original room had a king bed and no balcony. We asked for a room with a balcony and got it, although we had to give up the king bed for a queen bed. Plus the balcony room was much smaller overall.

pros: Location
cons: They try to charge for "resort fees" that are apparently not covered by the amount paid to Priceline.
