The hotel is beautiful and in a great location for access to the French Quarter and the streetcar transportation system. The staff were all very informative and friendly. We were especially fond of the valet guys! They were very friendly and helpful when we needed directions to various locations. We enjoyed the atmosphere and food at Teddy's Cafe. Overall, we had a great visit to NOLA and our stay at The Roosevelt was perfect!
pros: The hotel was beautiful! Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed the roof top bar. The beignets at Teddy's Cafe were better than the ones at Cafe du Monde!
cons: The room was much smaller than I anticipated. It was a lovely room, however, a bit on the tiny side.

I would definitely recommend this lovely hotel to those who prefer staying out of the fray and just a bit away from all of the hustle and bustle of Bourbon Street. The rooms were more than spacious and the service accommodating and gracious. Loved Domenica's, the restaurant in the hotel. Everything couldn't have been nicer.
pros: Room was spacious, staff gracious and the overall experience very pleasant.
cons: THe location was just a little sketchy. Had to walk a few blocks to nice stores, etc...
